Our first priority is the safety and well-being of those we work with and serve, including our customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. For that purpose, we have proactively instituted enhanced cleaning protocols in our office, mandated mask-wearing, adopted social distancing, and included remote working when possible. We have also postponed travel, appearances at trade shows, and minimized in-person consultant visits to help keep everyone healthy.
While maintaining focus on keeping everyone safe, we are continuing business operations as normal. We will still be in contact with you, reliably taking orders and supporting all of you via phone, email, Microsoft Teams video conferencing, and in-person visits.
